Here’s a quick tip for setting up a tarp shelter. Pull some of the ridgeline through each grommet and use a small stick to hold the tarp in place. It’s so simple, but many people have never heard of this little gem. Kudos to whoever first invented this trick.

I like the option, if no grommet, to put a rock in the material and tie cordage around rock and material. Just to add. If that’s ok
